Connecting with audiences is what inspires me to deliver keynote addresses to corporations in the U.S. and internationally. My topic area is leadership and the problem I solve is to help organizational leaders develop other leaders such as managers, and employees, so they become leaders of influence. I also speak at colleges and universities because it is important for students to develop leadership knowledge, skills, and abilities. Students gain a competitive advantage learning leadership skills that will help them as future employees.
